I buy a lot of supplements from the Life Extension Foundation. It is a non-profit based in Ft Lauderdale and they offer a tremendous range of products at very reasonable prices. Don't get me wrong - there are many MLM Nutrition companies with great products, but someone has to pay for their marketing plans, which is why the cost of their supplements is almost double that of LEF.
LEF also has a fulltime staff of Doctors and researchers looking for new compounds and breakthroughs. They truly are at the cutting edge of providing natural supplements to promote Life Extension.
Products I'm taking
From LEF I use the following supplements:
- Natural Prostate Formula - protects prostate cells and prevents hair loss.
- Grapeseed Extract with Resveratrol - one of the best anti-oxidants available.
- SODzyme with GliSODin - flushes lactic acid among other things
- Super Zeaxanthin with Lutein - eye nourishment.
- SPF 30 protection spray - clear, non greasy.
I've also recently started taking a phytoplankton supplement. It comes in liquid form and provides all the nutrients the body needs.
Adult Stem Cells
You've heard all the hype, now there is a way to safely and naturally enhance the production and release of Adult Stem Cells from your own bone marrow.
Water
The best water you can get is called Kangen Water. It is high pH, ionized, anti-oxidant and has smaller, unclustered water molecules making it easier for the body to absorb.
From Unikey I take:
- Ultra H-3 - the most advanced anti-aging formula around.
I also use the following from a different company:

- A balanced herbal formula I mix with water based on the Chinese tradition of health maintenance through proper nutrition. I have used creatine and arginine supplements in the past - this has the greatest muscle building effect of anything I've tried.
